Grass-Fed Belted Galloway Beef
The Belted Galloway breed dates back over 1000 years. These cattle are rugged, efficient, and able to convert a wide variety of forages into tasty meat. Our cattle are raised on pasture from conception to the end and fed grass or high-quality hay during the winter months. They are never given any hormones, steroids or antibiotics.
Our grass-fed beef is low in saturated fat content as well as total fat average, and indicated high ratios of Omega 6 to Omega 3—the beneficial linoleic and linolenic acids. Prices vary, per pound, please call or email.
Pastured Heritage Breed Pork
Our pigs live their lives on pasture with woods to root around in, with shelter from inclement weather, but outside as much as they would like to roam and explore.
They are fed a high-quality feed without any added hormones or antibiotics.
Their feed is supplemented with vegetables from local gardens, milk from a local dairy, and a selection of nuts and acorns.
